The stages behind every aligner we produce
Tooth segmentation, IPR & attachment planning
We isolate each tooth from the raw STL, OBJ or PLY scan, calculate exact interproximal reduction (IPR) values and place attachments designed to control rotation, root torque and arch expansion.
Staged models & 3D printing
Every approved plan produces a sequence of watertight 3D models, one per stage, printed on high-resolution resin printers as accurate working models.
Thermoforming, finishing & packing
Medical-grade aligner sheets are formed over each model, then trimmed, polished, inspected and packed in numbered pouches — ready for your patient.
